Hola, mi nombre es Stephanie Baez y soy la propietaria de Glam by Steph Baez. Tengo 37 años estoy casada y soy madre de dos hermosos jovenes. Trabajo desde que tengo 15 años y desde los 18 años me dedique al campo de la salud. Y aunque era una profesion que me gustaba no me llenaba. Comencé en la industria de la belleza hace 5 años. Primero como Micropigmentadora y luego tomé otros cursos de diseños de cejas, body sculping, y sumé más servicios a mi profesión hasta llegar a certificarme como esteticista en el 2025. El año 2024 comencé en el campo de las extensiones de pestañas tomando mi primer curso con Nina Lash en donde se ensendio mi motor y unas ganas inmensas de superarme y querer mas en esta industria. He tomado varios cursos para mejorar y perfeccionar no solo mi técnica, sino también desarrollar mi negocio. Lo que mas me llamó la atención de este campo fue como transformaba las miradas y la vida de las mujeres, dándoles confianza y empoderamiento. Lo mas que me gusta de poder realizar servicios de belleza, es el cambio notable en las clientas. Sentir que puedes subirle la autoestima con solo un detalle es un sentimiento gratificante. Siempre he puesto a Dios primero en todos mis emprendimientos y aunque el camino recorrido no ha sido facil he descubierto que con fe siempre se logran cosas marravillosas. I am 37 years old, married, and a proud mother of two wonderful young children. I have been working since I was 15 years old, and at the age of 18 I dedicated myself to the healthcare field. Although it was a profession I enjoyed, it did not fully fulfill me. I began my journey in the beauty industry five years ago, starting as a Micropigmentation Artist. Over time, I continued my education by taking additional courses in brow design, body sculpting, and expanding my services, until I became a licensed esthetician in 2025. In 2024, I entered the world of lash extensions, taking my first course with Nina Lash. That experience ignited my passion and fueled a strong desire to grow, improve, and pursue more within this industry. I have taken multiple courses to refine not only my technique but also to strengthen and develop my business. What captivated me most about this field is how beauty services can transform a woman’s appearance and, more importantly, her life—by building confidence and empowerment. What I love most about providing beauty services is witnessing the visible transformation in my clients. Knowing that you can boost someone’s self-esteem with just one detail is an incredibly rewarding feeling. I have always placed God first in all of my ventures, and although the journey has not been easy, I have learned that with faith, wonderful things are always possible.
